Bim Coordinator

OPM is looking for a **BIM Coordinator** to work with our in-house design teams and operations team to assist with the construction process of new projects in the Greater Vancouver Area.

**Reporting Structure**:The **BIM Coordinator** reports directly to the BIM Manager and the Project Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Design coordination and assist in identifying constructability issues with the project team and subcontractors
- Provide accurate information to site leadership regarding constructability
- Facilitate, in conjunction with the site team, the site logistics plan in a model environment and assist the site team in the development of schedule visualization models
- Ensure the design production is in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines
- Extract and modify drawings/data from models
- Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders to assist with projects
- Produce independent work with minimum supervision
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the process

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience
- 1-2 years of AutoCAD and Revit experience
- Previous experience using all or most Autodesk products
- Previous experience with Navisworks Manage, Revizto and Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM360) considered an asset
- Previous Experience in a design-build mechanical construction company is considered an asset
- Intermediate to advanced level skills using MS Office products
