Akelius est à la recherche d’un concierge pour l'entretien d'une de ses propriétés résidentielles à Montréal.

Le concierge aidera le gestionnaire d’immeuble à maintenir des conditions de vie de haute qualité pour les locataires.

La personne sélectionnée veillera à la propreté de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur de la propriété. Elle aura l'esprit d'équipe et sera capable de travailler en autonomie.
- fournir un service professionnel et réactif aux résidents qui signalent des problèmes
- participer à l’entretien général de l’immeuble : nettoyage des halls d’entrée, des ascenseurs, des extérieurs de l’immeuble, des salles de lavage, entrée et sortie des containers et du recyclage poubelle, remplacement des ampoules
- communiquer avec l’équipe Akelius sur l’entretien des espaces
- être à l’aise avec l’utilisation de machines d’entretiens de tapis et de sols
- gérer des stocks de produits : effectuer le suivi et les commandes après du manager
- inspecter l'état des trottoirs et des allées au moins trois fois par jour et tenir un registre quotidien de la neige pendant l'hiver.

- à l'aise en français et en anglais
- plus d'un an d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en tant que concierge d'immeuble
- capacité à communiquer et travailler en équipe
- disponibilité pour travailler selon un horaire flexible

**job description**

Akelius is seeking a janitor to maintain a residential property within the portfolio in Montreal

The janitor will assist the property manager with maintaining tenant living conditions to a high standard.

The selected individual will ensure the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the property. They will be a team player and able to work with little supervision.
- provide professional and prompt service to the residents who report problems
- participate in the general maintenance of the building: cleaning of entrance, elevators, building exteriors, laundry rooms, taking in and out of containers and recycling garbage cans, replacing lights.
- communicate with the Akelius team on site maintenance
- be able to use cleaning machines
- manage product inventories: follow up and place orders with the manager
- inspect sidewalk and driveway conditions a minimum of three times a day and maintain a daily snow log form during the winter season
- other duties as assigned

**who you are**
- bilingual in French and English
- one plus years' experience in a similar role as a property janitor
- good communication skills and team-player
- availability to work a flexible schedule
