**What you do**:
As a key member of the Human Resources Team, the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist will report to the Senior Director, Human Resources. The recruitment function will involve the recruitment strategy design and implementation, including but not limited to identifying recruitment needs, social media effectiveness, reference checks, and negotiation, and extension of employment offers.

Onboarding responsibilities will involve creating and updating policies and handbooks that explain company operations; enhance systems and create tools to best meet the needs of our new hires and make the new hires experience successful in our new BPI working environment.

In the above areas, the successful incumbent will be using the current industry trends to ensure that BPI has a seamless integration of new hires in the new hybrid workforce, updating and enhancing systems and creating or streamlining processes as appropriate. In this role, you will be expected to:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle and process including posting positions, managing applicant flow, sourcing and screening applicants, selection, and onboarding
- Provide just-in-time strategic recruiting solutions that are effective, fast, and flexible.
- Find, attract, and engage talent that results in an excellent hire
- Onboard new hires and provide a positive experience to our new talent
- Assist in employee retention and development including skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs
- Establish or set recommended agencies and protocols to use

Project Management Responsibilities:

- Research effective hiring and onboarding trends to provide to key stakeholders
- Recommend clear targets for recruitment and onboarding, such as recruitment dashboards, social media traffic, onboarding effectiveness
- Lead change management efforts to satisfy hiring stakeholder’s needs
- Lead employer branding, social media campaigns, and onboarding digital tools

**Who you are**:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- You have a minimum 3 to 4 years of proven experience in full lifecycle recruiting and onboarding preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment;
- You have experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships;
- You have experience with a new hybrid environment, where technology plays a key role in communication and providing information to new hires;
- You are focused and committed to internal clients and continuous improvement; ability to establish and build upon productive working relationships;
- You have an expert skill level in all full lifecycle recruiting components including in-person networking, sourcing, head-hunting, qualifying and assessing, job analysis, salary trends, relationship management and due diligence;
- You have experience with establishing and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and online research;
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- You have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
- You are self-sufficient and able to work with mínimal direct supervision, yet willingly accepts direction from multiple leaders in the organization;
