_**OFFICE, SALES & MARKETING MANAGER**_
- **This is an in-office position. 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY**_
- **This is an office-based position with a variety of duties for The Maids of Vancouver, a franchise house cleaning service serving the Greater Vancouver area.**_
- **We take pride in being the top-rated residential cleaning service and you will be part of the team to ensure we deliver that quality.**_
- **Compensation is as noted below. Apart from office duties, the objective of the position is to grow business revenue. You will be well rewarded for that growth, In the form of monthly bonuses based on the net increase in revenue.**_
- **(This business has very large sales growth potential. We have established ourselves as one of the premium house cleaning services in the Greater Vancouver area and plan to take advantage of that.)**_
- **GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES including but not limited to**:_
- _**Daily scheduling of business working with The Maid's proprietary scheduling management software.**_
- _**Handling customer inquiries **_
- _**Manage supplies and suppliers, laundry, maintenance of company vehicles**_
- _**Typical HR duties including hiring, on-boarding, managing employee time, employee contract documentation**_
- **MARKETING DUTIES including but not limited to**:_
- _**Work with The Maid's proprietary CRM tool. Handle customer inquiries, provide price estimates, follow up with customers.**_
- _**Work and maintain The Maid's FB and Instagram accounts**_
- _**Optimize Google Ad **_
- **SALES DUTIES**:_
- **Pursue sales opportunities. These are many and varied and will rely on your creativity and ability to sell.**_
- **COMPENSATION**:_
- _**$50,000 PA SALARY **_
- _**USE OF COMPANY CAR **_
- _**MED & DENTAL BENEFITS**_
- _**MONTHLY BONUSES BASED ON NET SALES INCREASE FOR THE COMPANY**_
- _**2 WEEKS PAID VACATION IN 1ST YEAR, 3 WEEKS PAID VACATION IN THE 2ND YEAR, AND 4 IN YEAR 3.**_

**This is an in-office full-time position; hours: 8.00 am - 4.00 pm Monday - Friday*.**

**1 afternoon off per week starting from 12 noon. For this, you will be responsible for sending out customer notifications on Sundays for Monday services.**

Requirements:
Minimum 1 - 2 years of previous experience as an office manager or related operations work experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience working with MS Office and social media: FB and Google Ad
- Previous customer relations experience
- Excellent English & communications skills
- Must possess and maintain a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with no restriction or equivalent (i.e. from another Canadian Province).
- Sales and marketing experience
- A great attitude
