BUSINESS UNIT: GRIMSHAW TRUCKING
POSITION: SERVICE CENTER CLERK
LOCATION: GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB
SHIFT: 7:00AM - 3:30 PM (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide Terminal Management with Clerical Support
- Prepare various reports utilizing PeopleNet, ADP, TruckMate and Excel
- Scanning, Billing, Data Entry, Compile Reports
- Other projects and duties as assigned
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- **Positive, Pleasant and Professional attitude**:
- Very good attention to details
- Commitment to provide superior customer service
- Proficient Computer and Telephone Skills
- Experience within the LTL freight industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Able to work in a busy, time sensitive environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to take own initiative on projects
- Awareness of our Corporate Objectives and Principles
- Team Player - has respect for self and co-workers
- Reports to Terminal Manager
