- As a project manager reporting to the head of the Information Technology Project Office department, you will carry out the analysis of project requests, project coordination and change management activities in order to meet the client's technological enhancement needs. You will be entrusted with projects of varying complexity that may require the coordination of the work of technicians or specialized technicians.
- Analyze and evaluate requests;
- Ensure the handling of evaluation requests for assigned projects. More specifically, you will:

- Assist, as needed, the client in the preparation of requests;
- Carry out, according to the established guidelines, preliminary and detailed analyses of requests;
- Provide feedback to the client on the progress of the requests.
- Ensure the management of the projects assigned to you. More specifically, you will:

- Evaluate the human, financial, material and informational resources required;
- Organize, plan, develop schedules and coordinate the required activities.
- Make the required connections with the organization's procurement services and external suppliers. Specifically, you will:

- Prepare bid specifications, if required;
- Manage and ensure compliance with budgets and schedules;
- Update the various work plans according to the progress of the work, project issues and outstanding items that may interfere with the established targets;
- Ensure the quality of deliverables;
- Carry out activities that promote sound change management;
- Update the status and progress of projects and any other required information as well as the filing of related documents in the management tool provided for this purpose;
- Produce opportunity files, business files, progress reports and documents required for client reporting.
- Carry out the closing of projects and make the necessary recommendations for improvement;
- Work closely with all assigned stakeholders;
- Contribute to the management of the project request and project portfolio registers;
- Participate in the administrative management of the project portfolio. Specifically, you will:

- Update information to the project tracking dashboard;
- Feed the project management indicators.

Does this sound like you?
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an IT project manager;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a Bachelor's degree in another academic discipline with a combination of experiences deemed equivalent, or a DEC with a combination of experiences deemed equivalent;
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in French;
- Completion of at least two (2) mandates to upgrade or implement infrastructure equipment for an institution with more than 1000 computers and 100 servers (an asset);
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:

- French: 4/4
- English: 3/4
