TEHORA is currently looking for a Technological Infrastructure Analyst with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use his skills within a versatile team.

**Description of work or deliverables**:

- Issue opinions or positions on specific requests on the technological infrastructure;
- Contribute to the migration of the Organization's technological infrastructure to cloud computing;
- See to the implementation of infrastructure solutions;
- Participate in the assessment of the needs of administrative judges and employees and propose technological solutions to meet them;
- Propose action plans and ensure their implementation;
- Intervene in the event of a breakdown in the technological infrastructure and participate in the return to normal;
- Participate in computer recovery simulation activities;
- Carry out monitoring in the field of technological infrastructure, information security and cloud computing (particularly Microsoft 365);
- Ensure the management of the technological infrastructure on site and in the cloud (Microsoft 365);
- Contribute to the evaluation of the level of maturity of the organization's infrastructure and propose possible solutions aimed at improving it;
- Carry out the certification of new technological solutions.

**Requirements**:
Possess a DEC in computer science or in a discipline deemed relevant to the responsibilities of the profile;
Have at least three (3) years of experience in a context of technological infrastructure intervention and have intervened, over time, in at least two (2) of the following five (5) areas: office automation, networking, telecommunications, security,

servers;
Have completed one (1) mandate requiring the completion of at least two of the following three deliverables: Operating Guide, Implementation or Commissioning Plan and Request for Change;
Demonstrate operational knowledge of the technologies used at the Tribunal (see the appropriate section of this call for tenders) or the equivalent.
