Roxborough Landscaping is looking to fill multiple positions for the 2023-2024 winter season. We are a new company servicing both commercial and residential properties in the Markham, Richmond Hill, and Scarborough areas. Our yard is based in Markham.

We are open to both experienced snow plow drivers and less experienced and willing to learn. We are also looking for people interested in occasional, casual calls for extra work on busy days for both snow plowing and shoveling.

We are looking for long term employees that we can rely on for years to come, either in the Winter season only or year-round. We highly value our employees and plan to give seasonal bonuses and return raises to reflect that.

**Full Time On Call Plow Driver Job Description**:

- $2000 / month standby pay
- $25-$35 / hourly after 40 hours in a pay period
- Available on call at all times from December 1, 2023 to April 15, 2024
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and honest
- Able to work and drive in extreme weather conditions
- Comfortable working long hours (12+ hour shifts)
- Potential for continuation into summer landscaping work
- Holiday and Spring bonuses

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- Safe and efficient operating of a snow plow and salter
- Be available for on call work within 1 hour of call
- Maintain records of services completed
- Follow provided route map and service descriptions
- Have a valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 4.5 months

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
