- ** Business Development**: Actively prospect for new business opportunities through electronic and telecommunication methods.
- ** Sales Process**: Execute the sales process with passion and attention to detail, delivering exceptional customer experiences that lead to successful sales.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Participate in daily sales meetings, one-on-one sessions with your manager, and collaborate respectfully with all team members.
- ** Continuous Learning**: Develop a deep understanding of our vehicle and finance offerings, stay updated on industry trends, and embrace training opportunities.
- ** Goal Setting**: Regularly set and pursue personal and professional goals, driving your success and contributing to the company’s growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in Sales. Automotive experience is an asset.
- Discipline and ability to work with others with a strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
**Essential Skills**:
- Effective communication and numeracy skills
- Ability to work well with others and independently
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer use and continuous learning
- Customer service-oriented with a knack for suggestive selling
- Experience in negotiating credit terms, trade-ins, warranties, and delivery dates
- Background in sales or leasing is preferred
