This position is an administrative support role for Auxiliaries, Commissions and Payroll. To be successful in this role, you must have good self-confidence, good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, be customer service oriented and be able to work with a multitude of responsibilities while being comfortable with multitasking at the same time.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Processing commission statements on a weekly basis
- Perform various administrative duties such as manual processing of cheques for deposits, Override rate reviews, Contract Reviews, processing different administration fee reports and Handling cheque rejects
- Process advisor changes, advisor reassignments, advisor terminations within the service standards and run different reports required or requested to evaluate block of business
- Support team on various projects or initiatives

**Competencies**
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Workflow and time management skills
- Solid ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
- Team oriented and service oriented with interpersonal skills
- Analytic thinking
- PC knowledge (Outlook, Excel)

**Notes/Unique Requirements**:

- Overtime may be required during peek periods
