**What you’ll do**:

- Lead, prepare, review and own the commissions process for all the members of the sales organization (Account executives, Account managers, Business Development Representatives, Sales Development representatives, etc).
- Issue monthly commission statements to sales representatives using our commissions software. Ensure data accuracy by working with the Revenue Operations team.
- Work with Sales Leaders to develop compensation plans and compensation structure. Build and administer new plans in Captivate IQ.
- Liaise with the Financial Reporting team to prepare and analyze month-end payroll commissions, journal entries and related reports.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.

**About you**:

- 3+ years of professional experience in finance or sales compensation
- Experience with commissions software (Captivate IQ) and Salesforce not necessary but considered an asset
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks quickly and accurately
- High energy, flexible and has a willingness to take initiative
