**Job duties**:
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with business partners and authorities
- Aid in strategic planning and business case template efforts for the organization
- Learn and help facilitate sales for our business.
- Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
- Develop an operational structure able to serve with in-house services the existing customers
- Identify business opportunities
- Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
- Create and enforce Security polices & procedures
- Driving solution-specific sales strategy: sales process, pipeline management, customer segmentation, pricing, contracting, and execution
- Help sales staff develop long-term relationships with prospects and clients built on credibility and trust
- Understand competitive landscape and key market dynamics, informing business development approach and strategy around emerging trends.
- Work closely with identified senior management personnel in Marketing, Project Management, Operations, and Human Resources.
- Structure sales opportunities with creativity, sound business judgment, foresight and sense of urgency.
- Help negotiate with current key customers and expand existing business footprint within those customer organizations.
- Assess and help to allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; check and help to establish financial and administrative controls.
**Job Requirements - Skills requirements**:
- Post-secondary University degree
- 5 years’ experience in Senior management or executive position.
- Expert knowledge of Progress Management, Planning and Scheduling, Cost Control, Estimating, Document Control and Finance concepts and work processes.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure.
- Advanced leadership and communication abilities, notably capable of engaging, and influencing a high caliber team to drive execution excellence.
- Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change,
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills as the role requires continuous interaction with team members.
