Nous cherchons un Assistant juridique II, Indemnisation, pour notre équipe grandissante

**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:

- Fournir un soutien administratif tel que la planification des réunions, la photocopie, la rédaction de la correspondance, la préparation des plaidoiries, la création et la mise à jour des reliures de procès, etc.
- Mettre en place un système d'agenda efficace pour aider à gérer la pratique de l'avocat.
- Collaborer avec les avocats désignés pour gérer le flux de travail, planifier les comparutions, surveiller les calendriers et respecter diverses échéances.
- Accompagner les clients dans la prise de rendez-vous ; échanger et obtenir des informations et communiquer l'avancement du dossier.
- Examiner et gérer les documents avec des logiciels, en veillant à ce que le classement électronique soit à jour.
- Fournir un soutien aux assistants, aux greffiers, aux avocats et à la direction.
- Maîtrise de la dictée avec un haut degré de précision.
- Mettre à jour les connaissances en participant à des opportunités éducatives.
- Atteindre les objectifs organisationnels en vivant les facteurs de réussite d'Intact.

**Ce que vous mettrez à profit**:

- Diplôme d'études collégiales d'un programme d'administration de cabinet juridique ou d’auxiliaire juridique, ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente
- Expérience minimum de 3 à 5 ans dans le contentieux de la défense des assurances
- Connaissance avancée de la suite Microsoft Office
- Solides compétences en gestion de documents avec la capacité d'apprendre et d'utiliser les divers programmes logiciels d'Intact, y compris iManager, Citrix, ACL, Nuance
- Excellente attention aux détails et compétences en relecture
- Capacité de prioriser et d'organiser avec une approche disciplinée démontrée du travail
- Excellentes compétences en communication, écoute, relations interpersonnelles et service à la clientèle
- Capacité à travailler en équipe ou de façon autonome, à faire preuve de jugement et à prendre des initiatives
- Démontrer une approche disciplinée au travail
- Connaissance pratique des règles de procédure civile
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
