Le Bureau du registraire (BR) participe à la mission d’enseignement de l’Université en mettant son expertise de la gestion et du cheminement des études au service des étudiants et des unités. Il protège l’intégrité du dossier étudiant. Il garantit la validité de tous les actes officiels attestant du parcours de l’étudiant. Il produit et transmet des données dans le respect de la protection des renseignements personnels, tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe, à des fins de gestion et de financement.

**Vos défis au quotidien**
- Participer à l’exécution des opérations nécessaires à la transmission des données du dossier étudiant (GDEU) au MES en s’assurant du respect des règles de transmission.
- Participer à l'analyse et à la documentation des besoins d'affaires liés à l'utilisation des outils et différents tableaux de bords, ainsi que des déclarations GDEU. Rédiger, créer et maintenir à jour les dictionnaires de données, les manuels d'utilisation du système, les manuels de formation des utilisateurs et les outils de référence.
- Participer aux différentes phases de tests, émettre des recommandations et contribuer aux correctifs. Collaborer avec les développeurs afin de trouver les meilleures solutions techniques aux différents problèmes rencontrés et participer à l'évaluation des impacts.
- Réaliser des analyses de données ou de transactions à la demande du conseiller en recherche et planification, du conseiller GDEU, de la direction de l’Université, des facultés ou de gestionnaires du Bureau du registraire.
- Participer à des rencontres dans son champ d'expertise.

**Ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir dans ce rôle**
- Baccalauréat en économie, statistiques, sciences sociales, gestion, informatique ou dans une discipline jugée pertinente.
- Minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience pertinente, notamment en gestion de système d’information.
- Connaissance dans la gestion, le développement, le déploiement et la mise à jour de systèmes d’information et de bases de données.
- Connaissance des règles entourant la gestion du dossier étudiant à l’Université de Montréal.
- Connaissance de Synchro académique et des règles de transmission GDEU un atout.
