**SALES REPRESENTATIVE**
Full-Time
We’re looking for a driven sales professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll be out in the local area, meeting with potential residential and commercial customers. These customers have requested our service. That’s right - they’ve reached out to us with interest in using WOW 1 DAY PAINTING. You will conduct site visits, greet them with a smile, discuss their painting project, provide accurate estimates and communicate the value of WOW 1 DAY PAINTING, and book the work in our schedules. Your role is to convert these opportunities into new sales and customers.
In addition to conducting estimates, you will network and prospect new potential customers. You’ll be responsible for increasing brand awareness and promoting our unique service.
About you:
- You have 2+ years of sales experience; preferably delivering services to residential and/or commercial customers in the painting, construction/renovation industry or other home service industry
- You have a passion for success & track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- You’re a strong communicator - able to sell the value of WOW 1 DAY PAINTING
- You’re a good listener, able to understand the needs of the customer
- You are driven, reliable and hold yourself accountable to results
- You’re a team player that likes to see others succeed
- You’re friendly and able to build rapport quickly
- You have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
