We are seeking a part-time Client Care Representative that is available specifically on evenings from 3:15pm-7:30pm and Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm for an average of 12-20 hours/week.

We are looking for an individual who can provide excellent and compassionate care to our clients and their pets at the front desk. The Client Care Representative plays a major role in supporting the daily operations of the clinic and is responsible for duties such as:

- greeting clients and their pets
- creating and managing patient files
- scheduling appointments
- preparing invoices and collecting payments
- following-up with clients and referring veterinarians post treatments
- providing support to practitioners and assistants
- retail sales and inventory management
- cleaning and facility maintenance

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- experience working in reception, customer service, and/or office administration
- knowledge of physiotherapy and/or fitness
- experience working in a veterinary or physiotherapy clinic considered a significant asset
- knowledge/education in small animal physical rehabilitation and/or fitness considered a significant asset
- fluent speaking and writing in English
- fluent speaking and writing in French considered a significant asset
- great reception and customer service skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- experienced and comfortable working with and handling animals of all breeds and sizes
- good team player while able to work independently
- willingness to learn and develop

Rehab Fur Your Pet is a full-service physical rehabilitation, fitness, and wellness center for small companion animals. We use various techniques and therapies similar to those used in human physiotherapy practices to provide state-of-the-art services that contribute to and promote a higher quality of life for pets. Whether injured, recovering from surgery, dealing with ageing, or perfectly healthy and looking to keep fit, Rehab Fur Your Pet is the place to be

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
