**The Job**:
Our Conveyor Technician will promote a positive company image with through quality and thorough work, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency. Typical problem solving and responsibilities for this position include:

- Maintenance and repair of various conveyor systems, including but not limited to; installation, adjustments, belt tracking, and replacement defective parts
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance activities to ensure maximum uptime
- Ability to keep a clean environment and maintain safety protocols
- Identify issues within a system and establish the best course of action

**Essential duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Demonstrating your commitment to safety in the workplace with an objective of “zero” injuries or incidents
- Highly proficient with industrial equipment and tools
- Continually inspecting and ensuring all tools, equipment, and accessories are maintained
- Extensive knowledge of conveyor components
- Coordinating required parts ordering with Service Manager
- Completing work orders and reviewing the completed job with the customer
- Travel required, typically within GTA

**Requirements**:

- Knowledgeable of various material handling and conveyor systems
- A valid G class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communications skills both oral and written.
- Superior problem-solving skills.
- A desire for continuous improvement.
- Able to take direction and work in a team environment.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
