HealthHub Patient Engagement Solutions is a Canadian technology company dedicated to bringing innovative digital solutions to the Canadian healthcare industry. Our products include integrated bedside terminals (IBTs) and the native myHealthHub operating system, which is a fully integrated platform to develop tools for healthcare professionals. Some of our existing apps include Bedside Charting, Meal Ordering, Video Chat, and Entertainment, with many more to come. Our products already improve the experience of 1M+ patients annually, and we are just getting started. We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a **Territory Account Manager based in British Columbia.**

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
Reporting to the Strategic Account Manager, the Territory Account Manager within an assigned geographical region is responsible for delivering incremental recurring revenue and enhanced customer experience at HealthHub client hospitals, as well as leveraging myHealthHub platform insights to identify opportunities for additional business.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage relationships with existing clients. Main point of contact for portfolio of existing hospital accounts in Canada
- Collaborate with all HealthHub key stakeholders to identify opportunities for additional business penetration.
- Responsible for understanding client needs and recommending an appropriate offering from HealthHub.
- Lead and develop a strategy to proactively engage clients to demonstrate HealthHub value propositions and to facilitate development of client desired Use Cases.
- Lead renewal of contracts in collaboration with the VP of Sales, Strategic Account Manager and finance teams and provide relevant recommendations to extend contracts as requested by clients.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all client activities, next steps, sales stages, and other notes in Salesforce.
- Lead onboarding strategy for new myHealthHub customers from post installation.
- Provide recommendations to HealthHub management teams for enhancing account management and customer onboarding processes.
- Successfully achieve defined KPIs
- Handle all hospital admin inquiries and escalations.

**Key Performance Indicators**

In light of the identified responsibilities, the following are some of the specific deliverables that the position is designed to achieve:

- Meet or exceed sales quotas as directed by the Strategic Account Manager and VP of Sales.
- Utilize and maintain Salesforce daily.
- Opportunity identification resulting in pipeline development within Salesforce
- Work as an effective member of the Sales team, sharing information and fostering strong internal communications with other team members.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field
- Proven sales and account management track record.
- Minimum five years experience in sales managing high-value accounts against financial targets.
- Demonstrated excellence communication and interpersonal skills with Ability to manage time effectively as a high functioning self-starter.
- Strong leadership and ability to work with and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to create unique and compelling value propositions for decision-makers to understand the value of HealthHub solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and understanding of clinical environment is an asset
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Data Analytics tools).
