**Key Responsibilities: include but not limited to**
- Turf - Grass cutting/trimming using self-propelled mowers/ gas trimmers
- New landscape/irrigation installs
- Weeding, cultivating and edging garden beds
- Property clean-up using back-pack blowers
- Garbage collection - a collection of litter, bulk/cardboard
- Snow Plowing/Shoveling in Winter Season
- Rental unit turn overs, carpet tear out, kitchen and bath renos
- Safe and responsible operation of equipment, vehicles, tools and supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years industry knowledge and experience
- A strong work ethic, organized, attention to detail and -positive attitude
- Must be able to work under pressure and complete projects within time restraints.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Turf and plant identification skills are an asset
- Must be physically fit to preform all duties which includes lifting, pushing, kneeling and bending for an extended amount of time.
- Valid and clean driver’s license and abstract, **Class G license (for leadership and plowing positions)**
- Comply with all company policies and regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
