**Responsibilities**:

- Synergy uses job cost accounting in a manufacturing setting
- Inventory Control
- Intercompany Transfers
- Dealing with Multiple Currencies
- Enter data in excel and QuickBooks online advanced, ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Assist, collaborate with other employees or management
- A/P- input
- Payroll: verify time and attendance, review and input hours/data onto spreadsheets and QB payroll system.
- Employee benefit and expense report submissions review and payments
- Setting up payroll records for employees, ROE reporting, T4 year end and summary reporting.
- Investigate variances in purchase order/invoice pricing (customer invoice issues).
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar bookkeeping role
