**The Opportunity**

ZE Power Engineering is an innovative industry leading company that provides engineering services to the electric utility industry. We are currently seeking an individual as a operations coordinatorto contribute to our projects. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge of electrical utility systems while working in a great team environment at a fast-growing company.

We are looking for self-motivated and driven individuals who have a passion for business and management. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing and assisting in the daily operations of a busy engineering firm. This role will require daily interaction with Management, Project Management, Engineering and Design teams. An individual that can effectively interact with each of these teams is ideally suited for this role. Tasks may span a variety of departments including marketing, project management, client support, accounting, and business coordination. This position is suitable for an organized, ambitious, self-directed, disciplined team player who relish the opportunity to share in a wide range of responsibilities within a fast-growing company.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with database and data management support
- Help drive the development of new process, creating flowcharts and process optimization
- Assist with creating financial reports
- Assist with the preparation of Invoices
- Review and provide analysis of project data
- Prepare reports for management
- Participate actively in project proposals
- Provide meeting support and record meeting minutes
- Provide administrative support where directed
- Provide other tasks as directed by management

**Qualifications**
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
- Previous project management or business management experience
- Business acumen with keen interest and initiative in data analysis and process improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), time management, organization, and presentation skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Access, Excel, Word, and MS Project
