Our Catering company is currently seeking an experienced prep cook, event cook and sushi cook to join our team. As a prep cook, event cook and sushi cook for our company, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity while preparing dish for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

**Responsibilities and requirements**:
Prep Cook:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients.
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and guidelines provided by the chef or kitchen manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation and safety protocols.
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and storage practices. Support the kitchen team during service by replenishing ingredients and assisting with plating and garnishing.
- Follow standardized recipes and contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items.
- Previous experience as a prep cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils. Ability to work well as part of a team.

Even Cook
- Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes for catering events, adhering to specified recipes and dietary requirements.
- Coordinate with the event planning team to determine menu selections, quantities, and special requests.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards of taste, quality, and visual appeal.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth execution of events and timely service.

Sushi Cook
- Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and other sushi dishes according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of sushi dishes. Order and manage inventory of sushi ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized sushi station, following all food safety regulations. Collaborate with the catering team to develop sushi menus for events.
- Previous experience as a sushi chef or cook, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment.
- Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and sushi rice. Familiarity with a variety of fish and seafood used in sushi.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting.
- Creativity and attention to detail in sushi presentation. Strong communication and customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
