**The Position**:
We are seeking a **Programmatic Manager** to lead our **Global Performanced-based Programmatic** **Advertising**, Display, Media Planning, and Media Buying, to support the growth of the GGPoker brand.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, optimizing, and reporting on our programmaticl campaigns supported via various platforms, such as Quantcast, DV360, and The TradeDesk for the bidding and delivery of in house creatives.
You will report directly to the **Global Digital Marketing Director**.
**What you will do**:
- End-to-end responsibility of Programmatic Advertising (Display, Video, etc.)
- Programmatic lead - implement high level strategy and participate in campaign goal, strategy, and hierarchy setting
- Ensure tracking and reporting of each campaign and KPI, taking the lead to correct and optimize campaigns
- Test and assess new partners, channels, agencies and marketing tools in coordination with our central team.
- Coordinate Implement and manage DSP platforms
- Creatively expand into more channels (programmatic digital outdoor, etc)
- Deliver against KPIs, managing account, campaign tactics setting, reporting and optimisation
- Responsible for account builds on platforms, in line with best practice
- Harness 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sets, to deliver effective segmentation and outcomes
- Participate in campaign briefings to build audiences based on campaign strategies (e.g. reach, consideration, retargeting, prospecting, x/up-selling)
- Implement trading strategies via publisher direct
- Implement optimised configuration and integrations on technology platforms
- Responsible for executing testing plan and providing high quality analysis
- Review tagging and campaign strategies for further campaign and audience optimisations
- Improve operational effectiveness, measured against ongoing process/capability auditing
- Ensure right creative format use across social platforms, fulfilling media quality and personalisation goals, demonstrating A/B testing approach
- Understand the competitive environment of our products, local regulation, and available advertising platforms
**What you must have**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Programmatic Advertising in a standalone capacity
- Good data management and analytical skills
- Excellent numeracy, data handling, time management, prioritisation skills
- Proven track-record of driving projects and creating impact through pragmatic problem-solving
- Relevant direct platform experience
- Understanding of Programmatic advertising based on hands-on experience of managing display and video campaigns, across multiple channels and devices, gained in a media industry client or agency side
- Demonstrate delivery of results across large scale brand and performance campaigns.
- Parallel tracking experience, Trafficking experience.
- Specific platform knowledge
- Trading experience across open exchange, PMP and buying across all media types (Audio, Video, Display, Native etc)
- Brand and performance planning experience essential, demonstrating knowledge in harnessing data and technology to deliver accountable media outcomes
- Performance Programmatic campaigns experience
**We would like you to have**:
- A passion for online gaming, including poker and sports betting (or at the very least be interested to learn about them) and knowledge of the online gaming industry
- Online Poker industry acumen or experience with deep knowledge of the Canadian gaming landscape
- Campaign Manager and Segment Experience
- Knowledge of analytics, tracking, tag management/implementation, managing set up of DCO campaigns, and working with DMPs, with experience of creating audience segments, pushing these to execution, campaign optimisation, and evaluation
