**Your future duties and responsibilities**
As a Cloud Systems Administrator, you will be required to:
- Administer the infrastructure environments under his/her responsibility to ensure system availability, reliability, security and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with infrastructure management policies, standards and procedures.
- Participate in software implementation or upgrade projects with stakeholders from other IT sectors to identify changes required to related infrastructure components and ensure that they are carried out to high quality standards.
- Recommends and implements performance capacity management approaches for the elements for which he/she is responsible.
- Participates in the development of standardized configurations and specific solutions according to project and/or user requirements.
- Ensures the smooth operation and security of the infrastructure at all times.
- Provide third-level technical support to users in all areas of the company.
- Promote IT best practices in infrastructure management and user support.
- Be able to provide and identify the metrics required to produce dashboards that proactively identify maintenance to be carried out on the environment.
- Develop and document procedures for infrastructure components under his/her responsibility.
- Document infrastructure installation and technical specifications, including security, and succession plans.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interactions with domestic and global clients.
