**About The Role**

**How You’ll Make An Impact**
- ** Lead our full cycle recruitment process**:

- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to develop role specific sourcing strategies and interview plans
- **Develop reliable and effective sourcing strategies**:

- Establish deep industry and company knowledge to lead targeted sourcing strategies for functions across the business
- **Process Optimization**:

- In partnership with the Director, People & Culture, develop and implement a flexible and effective interview framework to be leveraged across the business
- **Metric Tracking and Data Utilization**:

- Utilize data to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
- In partnership with the Director, People & Culture, support the development and evolution of Book4Time’s employer value proposition
- Be a brand ambassador, promoting Book4Time as a destination employer

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS company with demonstrated experience recruiting for technical and regionally based sales roles
- Built your skills as a recruiter, ideally in an in-house tech startup environment (complimented with previous agency experience considered an asset)
- True talent acquisition generalist and enjoy hiring for a variety of different roles across the business
- Previous experience influencing and shaping an exciting and effective talent acquisition process
- Skilled in relationships, you will easily build rapport and partnerships across the business to deeply understand the needs of various teams
- Comfortable training others on hiring best practices, technologies and processes
