**Job description**:
This position is required to be onsite in the Kanata office 5 days per week.

**Duties include**:

- Manage help desk system and maintain technical documentation
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
- Create virtual machines and environments
- Create small cloud deployments for testing and customer demonstrations
- Install and configure appropriate software and maintain latest patches
- Manage software licenses and SSL certificates
- Meeting room support
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance accordingly
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
- Document installation and configuration procedures

**You Have**:

- Post-secondary degree in a field related to IT and/or two years of relevant experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment and with mínimal supervision
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Experience configuring both Windows and Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking protocols
- Strong interest in Cybersecurity standards and compliance
- Knowledge of scripting for automation
- Knowledge of M365 administration
