**Description du poste (Job Description)**Modélisation de portefeuille**:

- Mettre à jour, développer et implanter les changements à l'outil interne de projection de portefeuille, incluant l'intégration des impacts des décisions d'affaires, des modèles de rétention et de projection de pertes
- Fournir de l'expertise et supporter les partenaires d'affaires de l'équipe de tarifications dans la détermination des niveaux de taux cibles
- Collaborer avec les équipes d'analyse de données afin de déterminer les cibles de croissances de primes et les plans d'affaires
- Participer à l'adoption d'outils analytiques de fine pointe en utilisant la plateforme Microsoft Azure
- Agir en tant qu'expert conseil dans des projets impliquant plusieurs départements tels que tarification, accélérateur de projets, données et analyses, TI, etc.

**Gouvernance**:

- Assurer un niveau adéquat de gouvernance, de révision interne et de mise à l'épreuve du processus de modélisation
- Appliquer les suggestions et requis de l'équipe de validation de modèles du Groupe Banque TD et de l'équipe de gestion de risque de modèles.
- Mener l'implantation des meilleures pratiques et des mesures de prévention et de contrôle du risque en plus de maintenir à jour les processus, politiques et procédures de l'équipe.

**Compétences techniques et analytiques**:

- Reconnu pour son jugement et son esprit analytique
- Fortes compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Aptitude à anticiper les résultats d'une analyse ou d'un rapport donné
- Reconnu pour sa minutie et la qualité de son travail
- Aptitude à innover et faire preuve de créativité dans son travail
- Connaissance de langages de programmations (R/Python) et/ou en modélisation/techniques d'apprentissage automatique.
- Expérience en tarification est un atout
- Capacité à prendre des décisions rapides dans certaines situations

**Compétences non-techniques**:

- Capacité à communiquer efficacement en anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec différents partenaires d'affaires et à bâtir des relations durables
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en période de pointe
- Capacité à adapter la communication en fonction de l'auditoire
- Autonomie et persévérance

**Exigences du poste (Job Requirements)**
- Baccalauréat en actuariat ou dans un autre domaine d'étude connexe
- En voie de l'obtention/détention de la désignation ACAS/ACIA
- Un minimum de 5 années d'expérience dans un domaine actuariel lié à l'assurance de dommage ou en science de la donnée
- Le bilinguisme (ang./fr.) est considéré comme un atout important pour ce rôle.
