**Role Storage Integrator**

**Location Montreal, QC**

**Duration Long Term - Full Time**

Job Summary/ Purpose:
Storage & Backup administrators who Support of our critical enterprise infrastructure, which will include installing, provisioning, configuring, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting storage(HPE3PAR, NetApp) Systems.

Main Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Ensure High availability of customers IT Infrastructure managed
Perform Incident, Problem & Change Management using assigned Tools
Ensure compliance to agreed SOWs
Handle Technical Escalations received from Customer
Create SOP's ensuring compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and train iternal teams
Troubleshoot High Severity incidents & Provide RCA
Take initiatives in learning new Technologies & Tools
Co-ordination with customer on Incident resolutions & closure
Assist in MIS & Dashboards
Document technical procedures and work instructions
Ensure High availability of customers' IT Infrastructure managed

Capabilities/Skillset:
5+ years' Experience in Enterprise backup and storage technologies administration
Excellent Knowledge of storage technologies (SAN/NAS)
Good Hands-On Experience in Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting of SAN/NAS/DAS, SAN fabric
Good Hands-On Experience in managing HP 3PAR SAN
Good Hands-On experience in managing NetApp Cluster mode SAN as well as NAS storage
Expertise in Brocade SAN Switch upgrades
Knowledge & Exposure on Virtualization using VMware /Hyper-V would be an advantage
Good knowledge and experience of Cloud storage would be an added advantage
Exposure to quality standards ISO 20000, ISO 27001
