Accounting Internship (Winter 2024)

Location: MTL or Toronto

We have a great opportunity as an accounting intern for our Canadian Accounting teams.

Each year we welcome more than 300 interns across the country Our internship and co-op placements offer meaningful work experience and valuable on-the-job training and coaching. Not only will you get solid experience in exciting fields like Software Engineering, Finance, Data Science, Actuarial, and Marketing, but you will also contribute to the team's vision and meet great people along the way.

Depending on your role, you may be asked to:

- Produce, update, and analyze financial reports;
- Produce month-end reports;
- Update quarterly reconciliations;
- Prepare accounting entries;
- Support the senior analyst and the specialist in their tasks.

You will also have the opportunity to:

These are our requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting;
- Mastery of the Microsoft Excel suite;
- Be skilled with numbers;
- Have experience in the field in accounting or finance (an asset);
- Aspire to obtain a CPA (an asset)
- You have an analytical and problem-solving mind;
- You are autonomous and you have a good sense of responsibility;
- You are known for your attention to detail.
- Be available 35 hours per week **from Jan 8 to April 26.**
