**WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE**
- Hands on financial partner to Divisional Operational leads
- Management of the processes for financial forecasting, budgeting, and the preparation of all financial reporting
- Oversight of project accounting to ensure completeness and accuracy of job costing for the Civil Construction and Road Maintenance Divisions
- Management and forecasting of divisional cashflow
- Translate financial statements, production reports, and other key financial metrics into a language that is understandable and usable by all team members, providing ongoing financial guidance, analysis, and forecasting to others
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on financial performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of financial operational excellence by the finance team

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance and or Business Administration
- 7 years of recent related experience with 5 years of experience in a management position
- CPA designation required
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Must possess an analytical mind with strategic and interpersonal abilities
- Strong mentoring, process improvement and change management skills
- Strong accounting system experience with Sage &/or Timberline background an asset
