**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you would ensure that we are producing the exceptional quality of product that delight our customers
- every time.
Working collaboratively with the production team, you will ensure that product leaving the manufacturing facility meets our established criteria for quality.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Review fabricated material to ensure it meets established quality thresholds prior to shipping
- Work with the production team to rectify any issues that are identified as part of the quality assurance process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of company quality standards and processes
- Collect and analyze data in order to identify areas for improvement
- Work with the production team to develop and improve quality assurance standards and processes
- Assist the plant manager is formulating strategies to increase productivity

**Qualifications**
- Proven ability to complete responsibilities listed above
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to characterize observed defects and communicate effectively with production team
- Ability to lift in excess of 100lbs
- Ability to work in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
