Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated Process Improvement Analyst to manage our fixed transfer pricing policy and price list, and lead small process improvement projects for OEM Remanufacturing. This role involves a mix of day-to-day tactical activities, data analysis, process automation, and project work aimed at increasing production velocity, improving process efficiency, and optimizing costs to meet customer demand and support growth.

Job Description:

- Support process improvement engagements using Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to identify future opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Translate business challenges into improvement ideas and manage project timelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop process maps, measure business benefits, and document requirements for initiatives.
- Use automation tools to develop solutions for business challenges and provide ongoing support.
- Promote and support existing Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of process improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on process improvement initiatives and outcomes to senior management.
- Provide system, process, analysis, and tactical support for OEM claim capture and tracking system enhancements.
- Conduct service-letter claim reconciliation, reporting, and ongoing projections.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.
- 2-5 years of experience managing projects.
- Experience in capturing requirements for technology development is considered an asset.
- Lean or Six Sigma training (Green Belt preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL (required); Python knowledge (or willingness to learn) is an asset.
- PMP Designation is considered an asset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a lean, agile, dynamic environment.

- This position is based out of our OEM Remanufacturing facility in Edmonton.
- Hybrid opportunity with potential to work from home.

- 5x2, Monday - Friday shift.
