**REPORTS TO: Manager, Information Technology**

**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitoring usage patterns and usage rates to ensure that employees are using the 365 system efficiently and effectively and identifying potential areas for improvement;
- Managing the deployment of new features or functionality after they have been tested in a staging environment;
- Manage end user devices and mobile via MS EndPoint Manager;
- Perform Microsoft 365 tenant management tasks for an enterprise, including its identities, security, compliance, and supporting technologies;
- Monthly audits on the Active Directory environment to reconcile users;
- Create security and distribution groups in Azure Active Directory;
- Update, contribute, and maintain local SharePoint team sites as procedures/documentation change;
- Develop scripts for automating processes within the environment;
- Implement and support security policies, such as Anti-spam, Anti-phishing, and Anti-malware policies;
- Implement and support CAPs (Conditional Access Policies);
- Maintaining security by monitoring the system for potential vulnerabilities, identifying risks, and taking action to mitigate them;
- Provide effective and efficient Tier 2 and Tier 3 level service desk support;
- Manage problem resolution to a satisfactory completion by keeping abreast of assigned tickets and following the proper escalation processes via ticketing system;

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Possess a Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert Certification;
- Demonstrable experience in successfully administering Microsoft 365 products;
- Experience with and enthusiasm for coaching, mentoring and on the job training;
- Able to present complex technical information clearly to a non-technical audience, with the ability to provide the appropriate level of detail;
- Able to work and collaborate in a team environment;
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required;
- Must be fully fluent in English (speak/write); Bilingual in French is a strong asset.
