We are seeking a dedicated and organized **Administrative Assistant and Building Manager** to join our team. This **dual role** requires an individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks while overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our buildings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related expenses and budgets.
- Perform administrative duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.

**Work setting**
- Apartment/condominium complex

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in building management, property management, real estate or janitorial service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Some knowledge of building maintenance and operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in building or property management or a related field is an advantage.
