**Company Description**

With over 10 years experience in contracting and construction, our founder Graham opened Haddon Homes at the beginning of 2021. We specialize in home remodelling projects that encompass both design and construction aspects, and we take great pride in being an excellent company to work for and with We are growing quickly, and need additional office support to help keep things working smoothly.

We are looking for a full-time in-office Project Coordinator to help with the operations of a growing business. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is a key player in assuring that all projects, from incoming lead to final touches, run smoothly, on time, and on budget.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- organizing, directing, and controlling day-to-day activities for each project
- intake for new leads including adding contact information and tracking communication in CRM
- homeowner coordination and first point of contact prior to production
- setting out rough schedule for PM review and approval; making changes to schedule in CRM at PM direction
- preparing take offs and bid packages for subcontractors
- prepare construction estimate based off of designer selection and subtrade bids
- preparing and getting homeowner approvals for change orders
- ordering selections and any construction material that can be delivered
- needs to be approved by designer or PM
- prepares and releases invoices based off of payment agreements
- input all purchases and subcontractor invoices into CRM for bookkeeper approval
- participates in regular meetings with production and design
- must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle

**Requirements**:

- post-secondary education in Construction Workeragement or Architectural Services an asset
- 2 years experience in construction field
- strong customer service and computer skills
- time management of key importance; self-motivation is essential
- strong team player in coordination with Project Manager and entire Management team
- organization
- multi-tasking
- willingness to travel throughout the Greater Hamilton Area on occasion
- estimating experience would be a bonus

**Job Details**
- Full time (35 hours), Monday
- Friday daytime
- Majority of the time it will be a work from home position, but there will be a few days each month where we need you in the office in Caledonia
- Bi-weekly paycheques via Direct Deposit
- Pay rate $50K-$65K annually

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- Construction estimating: 1 year (preferred)
