**Overview**
Julia’s Place Therapy Centre Inc. is seeking a client care coordinator to join the team. Our clients are diverse in culture and ability, and our therapists and staff have the training, sensitivity, and experience to meet their wide-ranging needs. The clinic is designed to provide clients with a safe place to learn and grow. When visiting our clinic, all clients are provided access to a sensory room, sensory gardens, an outdoor park, and an enclosed area with farm animals.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with therapists to provide a safe and welcoming clinic environment
- Manage client accounts including scheduling clients appointments and basic finances
- Respond to inquiries
- Liaison with staff, clients, and community partners
- Seek out and create relationships with individuals and organizations
- Represent Julia’s Place at information booths at offsite events
- Basic website and social media management
- Provide general administrative support
- Provide support in managing office supplies and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to make cold-calls to create new client relationships
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (Additional language skills considered an asset)
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and different needs is an asset

**Requirements**:

- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Valid CPR and Standard First Aid (C) certificate
- AODA certificate ()

**Working Conditions**:

- Lifting and transportation of instruments.
- May be required to provide hand-over-hand assistance to clients
- Some clients may have unpredictable behaviours
- Driving to different locations may be required

Starting Schedule:

- Mondays: 12:30 - 6:30
- Wednesday: 11:00 - 5:00
- Saturdays 9:00 - 5:00
- 8 additional hours as scheduled

**Job Type**:Part time - 28 hours per week

**Compensation Range (CAD)**:$18.25/hour (plus health and dental benefits after probation)
