H.s.s. Knives Sharpener Grinder

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sign in incoming saw blades.
2. Clean and inspect saws.
3. Operate cold saw grinder machines to sharpen cold saw blades.
4. Shape grinding wheels to insure quality of sharpening.
5. Measure and mark all blades as requested by customers.
6. Dip cold saw blades.
7. Place saws on sales shelves.
8. Report any problems with machines to supervisor.
9. Do routine PM maintenance as required.
10. Keep section clean and as organized as possible.
11. Perform all other duties as required or instructed.

**Supervisory Responsibility**:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

**Work Environment**:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
