Playground is rapidly expanding and is currently seeking dynamic and service-focused **Poker Supervisor** to join our respected poker team.

**_ Variable schedule may include days, nights and weekends_**
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience starting at _$27 and up to $32 per hour_

Reporting to the Poker Director and Gaming Floor Managers, the **Poker Supervisor** is responsible for the successful operation of Playground’s poker room, prioritizing integrity of the games and ensuring guests have a favorable gaming experience. The Poker Supervisor is the primary point of contact between guests and all poker services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet all players
- Supervise and monitor tournament operations, including but not limited to:

- Preparing chip sets
- Balancing tables
- Making rulings
- Change decks
- Awarding prizes
- Supervise and monitor cash game operations, including but not limited to:

- Opening and balancing tables
- Managing the wait list
- Managing of promotions (high hands, hot seats, BBJ, etc)
- Making rulings
- Change decks when needed
- Change shufflers when needed
- Manage dealers
- Rotations and cutting
- Reporting on attendance
- Demonstrate at all times an impartial, respectful and diplomatic attitude.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, escalating to the Gaming Floor Manager if needed.

**Requirements**:

- Must be bilingual (English and French)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough knowledge of Playground’s policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of general poker rules.
- Displays a high level of maturity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Familiarity with Poker Atlas gaming software preferred

Relevant du Directeur du Poker et des Gestionnaires de salles de jeux, le Superviseur du poker est responsable du bon fonctionnement de la salle de poker de Playground, en donnant la priorité à l'intégrité des jeux et en veillant à ce que les invités aient une expérience de jeu favorable. Le Superviseur du poker est le principal point de contact entre les clients et tous les services de poker.

**Responsabilités**:
Saluez chaleureusement tous les joueurs et superviser et surveiller les opérations du tournoi, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter:

- Préparation des jeux de puces
- Tables d'équilibrage
- Prendre des décisions
- Changer de decks
- Remise de prix
- Superviser et surveiller les opérations de cash game, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter:

- Tables d'ouverture et d'équilibrage
- Gestion de la liste d'attente
- Gestion des promotions (mains hautes, hot seats, BBJ, etc.)
- Prendre des décisions
- Changer de plate-forme en cas de besoin
- Changer les mélangeurs en cas de besoin
- Gérer les concessionnaires
- Rotations et coupe
- Rapports sur la participation
- Faire preuve en tout temps d'une attitude impartiale, respectueuse et diplomatique.
- Répondez efficacement et avec précision aux plaintes des clients, en les transmettant au responsable de la salle de jeu si nécessaire.

**Exigences**:

- Doit être bilingue (Français et anglais)
- Excellentes compétences en communication, interpersonnelles et organisationnelles.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
- Connaissance approfondie des politiques, des procédures et des règlements du terrain de jeu.
- Connaissance approfondie des règles générales du poker.
- Fait preuve d'un haut niveau de maturité et de discrétion dans le traitement de questions confidentielles.
- Flexibilité pour travailler divers quarts de travail, y compris les week-ends, les soirs et les jours fériés.
- Familiarité avec le logiciel de jeu Poker Atlas préféré
