As surveillance operator at Playground, you will be expected to provide coverage, information, and confirmation on all areas of our premises for the protection of our guests and staff. Your main responsibilities include overwatching all floor activities, construction operations, and our external property areas to detect any suspicious behavior, theft, or other criminal behavior. As surveillance operators, we can prevent situations by staying vigilant, remaining calm, and communicating properly with the security team and corresponding departments.

Firm schedule to be filled:
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 8. AM - 4. PM

**Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual to fulfill and maintain these shifts. Flexibility for emergency coverage will be considered as an asset.**

Core Responsibilities:

- Responsible for carefully monitoring our video surveillance system to continuously observe all gaming and nongaming-related areas for any deviations, abnormalities, or unusual activity/infractions goes against our in-house policies and procedures or are unlawful in any way.
- To confidently and logically communicate all potential or active situations to management, security, or to the appropriate parties who request this information.
- Documenting, reporting, and submitting multiple detailed correspondences on a wide range of incidents that occur at any moment.
- To successfully conduct thorough reviews and investigations requests from management concerning a diverse range of potential situations, while simultaneously surveying our perimeters and eternal areas to midgate any potential risks.
- Responsible for monitoring Poker games, EGDs, EGTs, and all critical areas of the gaming floor to detect any instances of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity that may occur during gameplay.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Possesses a solid foundation and advanced understanding of poker, enabling effective monitoring and identification of any irregularities or suspicious activities during gameplay.
- Exhibits excellent language skills in both written and verbal communication, enabling effective and clear articulation of observations, incidents, and instructions.
- Works autonomously with mínimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to make sound decisions when faced with challenges or complex situations.
- Highly susceptible and welcoming to derivatives, feedback, and constructive criticism, from supervisors and management.
- Displays keen attention to detail and sharp observational abilities when conducting reviews, documenting incidents, and preparing reports.
- Upholds a high level of professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining impartiality in all observations and actions.
- Exhibits the capacity to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities within a dynamic and fast-paced surveillance environment, ensuring all critical tasks are addressed promptly.
- Demonstrates the ability to sustain focus and alertness for extended periods, even when required to perform duties while stationary for the entirety of the shift. Remaining alert while monitoring extensive camera views to ensure that no critical details or activities go unnoticed.
