Projuris is currently looking for a **Direct to Consumer Business Transformation - Business Analyst**.
As the Business Analyst - Direct to Consumer you will play a pivotal role in delivering to market a variety of initiatives to fuel our Digital Ecom and Omnichannel Experience strategy. You will partner with multiple teams: Digital, Product Design, Marketing, Dealerships, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, as well as other partner teams across the company ecosystem to launch memorable experiences and help the organization achieve its transformation and market growth objectives.

You will play a role in our transformation effort by collaborating cross-functionally to build our direct-to-consumer retail practice, define the path of entry into new markets and channels, bring to life meaningful customer journeys, document business and transformation requirements for our business and digital teams, design solutions, and plan the execution of retail transformation initiatives.

You are a strategic/analytical thinker who can link assignments to the bigger picture. You are also keen on defining and delivering the business transformation requirements of direct-to-consumer global initiatives. You have strong knowledge of Ecommerce ecosystems (business and solutions).

Key Responsabilities:

- Work within a program delivery team as needed using an hybrid methodology, for example (but not limited to):

- Be responsible for identifying, documenting, and managing the scope of the project as well as its evolution: business objectives, business needs, detailed requirements and business rules.
- Be responsible for ensuring that business needs, detailed requirements and business rules are covered by the solution.
- Manage and address the gaps until they are resolved.
- Be the main interface between the business and the vendor team.
- Define the integration test strategy and scenarios and validate the test results.
- Assist the business in the definition of UAT scenarios and support during the execution of UAT.
- Provide strong and timely analysis insight and business analytic decision support to management, project leaders, and various organizational stakeholders.
- Perform sensitivity analysis in support of business cases for retail initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in business-commerce, computer science or in a pertinent field
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the retail industry related to Digital/eCommerce, B2C, Omnichannel projects.
- Experience in process modeling or definition, ideally in a business or digital transformation context.
- Change management experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Analysis role.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis tools (Business Requirements Documents, Business Process workflows, data analysis etc )
- Powerful storytelling & presentation design skills in English is a must. French is a plus.
- Excellent ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Communication skills required: Ideally bilingual **French/English** but open to anglophone.

**Benefits**
- Duration: until end of fiscal year Jan 31 2024, renewal, as per all the contractors within the company.
- Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Ideally Montreal - open to considering eastern townships and exceptionally Toronto
- Location Accessibility: Mostly remote, although, for this mandate there's going to be physical presence once in a while in the multiple business unit (Montreal, Brossard, Sherbrooke, Valcourt).
