Chiropractor

**Position - Chiropractor**
Where Quantum Sport Therapy is situated beside Quantum Performance, our clinic has the competitive advantage to work closely with athletes and their personal trainers in developing specific, holistic treatment plans & exercise programs that align their goals in therapy and movement. We are looking for a clinician with strong manual therapy skills and therapeutic exercise experience. Sport familiarity is an asset.
This position has the capacity of fulfilling a full-time role as a chiropractor, however part-time hours are also available.
This individual will be required to join Quantum team meetings on a monthly basis, as they relate to specific clients that are working with our healthcare professionals as well as our personal trainers. The purpose of these meetings will be to ensure continuity in treatment/performance plans and generally to allow for a more unified approach to health and wellness.

**The Role**:

- work 1:1 with assigned clients at a time & duration determined by clinician and administration
- ability to collaborate on our Quantum Synergy program - a service designed to connect treatment and training between a clinician and functional movement specialist in the Quantum Performance facility.
- ability to work with groups of athletes/clients if indicated or desired (ie. teams, colleagues, etc.)
- bootcamps, workshops, and external events related to high performance sport that requires physiotherapy support (billable)
- attend specific patient meetings that are relevant to the chiropractor clients in order to inform the team on progress, updates, etc. Clinicians and trainers will also advise on any changes relevant to the work of the chiropractor.

**Qualifications**:

- Current Licesed, active chiropractor in the province of Nova Scotia
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a comparable clinical setting with proven track record - Ability to create unique treatment plans that keeps clients motivated and challenged
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excel in time management, organisational and client management skills
