Job Title: Property Maintenance Worker

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Property Maintenance Worker. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining commercial properties by performing tasks such as cutting grass, weed whacking, seasonal cleanup, hedge trimming, raking grass, and a variety of other maintenance duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cut grass, trim hedges, and manage seasonal cleanup
- Use weed whackers to maintain lawn edges, around trees, and other hard-to-reach areas.
- Maintain grounds and landscaping throughout the property
- Rake leaves and remove debris from lawns and gardens
- Perform minor property repairs as required
- Maintain equipment and supplies as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Must be able to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Must be capable of lifting heavy equipment and supplies
- A valid driver’s license is an asset

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
