**Les responsabilités d'un Directeur de Produit chez Réseau Fix**:

- Définir et documenter la vision du produit avec les différentes parties prenantes.
- Présenter et promouvoir la vision du produit aux parties prenantes et aux sponsors du produit.
- Recueillir, analyser et documenter les exigences du produit auprès des parties prenantes et des utilisateurs.
- Traduire les exigences du produit en exigences fonctionnelles détaillées dans des histoires d'utilisateur pour l'équipe d'ingénierie.
- Examiner les maquettes et les modèles filaires en utilisant les meilleures pratiques de conception UI/UX.
- Hiérarchiser le backlog du produit avec les différentes parties prenantes.
- Créer et présenter les feuilles de route détaillées du produit et les calendriers de sortie des fonctionnalités.
- Participer aux réunions de planification de sprint et aux mêlées quotidiennes avec l'équipe d'ingénierie et leur donner des directives.
- Identifier les principales dépendances entre les projets et s'assurer que la séquence de la feuille de route du produit optimise les ressources de l'équipe d'ingénierie.
- S'assurer que les nouvelles fonctionnalités du produit livrées satisfont aux exigences recueillies.
- Créer et assigner des scripts de test pendant la phase d'acceptation par l'utilisateur.
- Participer aux tests d'acceptation par les utilisateurs.
- Compiler les résultats des tests d'acceptation par les utilisateurs et créer des récits d'utilisateurs défectueux pour l'équipe d'ingénierie.
- Coordonner les activités de gestion du changement liées à la sortie d'un nouveau produit, telles que la communication, la création de notes de mise à jour, la documentation destinée aux utilisateurs et les séances de formation.
- Demeurer disponible après la mise en service pour aider à transférer le produit aux équipes d'exploitation et de soutien.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour combler ce rôle**:

- Baccalauréat ou diplôme universitaire en informatique, génie logiciel, développement de logiciels, administration, gestion des systèmes d'information ou autres diplômes connexes.
- Minimum de 10 à 15 ans d'expérience connexe.
- Connaissance des méthodologies, outils et meilleures pratiques de développement logiciel Agile.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs produits et projets simultanément.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de documentation et de présentation.
- Connaissance des meilleures pratiques de conception UI/UX.
