**Job Title: Claims Adjuster - Trucking/Transportation Industry**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Investigate and assess claims related to trucking and transportation incidents.
- Review and interpret insurance policies, contracts, and coverage details.
- Gather and analyse evidence, including accident reports, witness statements, and vehicle inspections.
- Determine liability and negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and insurance companies.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support claim decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, operations, and risk management, to ensure accurate and timely resolution of claims.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Claims Adjuster in the trucking/transportation industry.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid adjuster license (if required by state).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in claims adjusting or related field.
- Experience with complex claims and litigation.
- Familiarity with federal and state transportation regulations.
