Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (10 hour shifts)

Findoor Industrial Inc. is a leading manufacturer of highly insulated bi-fold commercial doors. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Door Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Door Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the efficient assembly of our doors while maintaining quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform door assembly tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain specialized gluing machines to produce high-quality doors.
- Lift and handle door components weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Conduct inspections to ensure doors meet specifications and quality requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the assembly process.
- Perform basic computer tasks related to machine operation.

Qualifications:

- Physically able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds.
- Mechanical inclination and ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Basic computer skills to operate the gluing machine and perform related tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
