Location: Westerose, Alberta

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (10 hour shifts) Occasional overtime.

Findoor Industrial Inc. is a leading manufacturer of highly insulated bi-fold commercial doors. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Door Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Crating & Parts Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate picking and packing of door parts, as well as preparing shipments for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently pick and pack door parts according to customer orders and packing instructions.
- Carefully inspect and verify the quality and accuracy of the picked parts.
- Assemble crates and package finished doors for safe shipment.
- Utilize appropriate tools, such as saws and hand tools, to assist in the picking and packing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that parts and tools are properly stored.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately pick and pack parts.
- Ability to read and understand packing instructions, orders, and shipping labels.
- Basic math skills to count and calculate quantities accurately.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
