**Labourer - Heffley Creek Division**

**What We’re Looking For**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, industrial environment
- Must be reliable and be a team player
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or construction environment considered an asset
- Ability to follow safety procedures and communicate effectively
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, climbing stairs, active work environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Previous experience in a forest products environment considered an asset
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- As we are a 24/7 operation, we require staff to work shift work, shifts rotate every two weeks
- Day shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Evening shift 3:30 pm to 12 am
- Graveyard shift 12am - 7 am
- Weekend 12am - 12pm (alternating) + 1, 8 hour shift make up day during the week
- As we are not located in an area that is transit accessible individuals must have reliable means of getting to and from work
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- General housekeeping, sweeping, keeping equipment clean etc
- Long durations of working while standing
- Repetitive twisting and bending
- Working on a production line
**Working Conditions**:
- Exposed to hot and cold temperatures (mostly indoor work but exposed to external temperatures)
- Exposure to dust, saw-dust, dirt and extreme changes in temperature and weather
- Moderate exposure to personal risk; safety boots are required as well as other PPE depending where you are working in the facility
- Busy, high volume environment
- Exposed to loud sounds
- Repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods
