You are an experienced Presales Consultant conversant on any of the following SPM or CPM software: Vena, Prophix, Workday/Adaptive, Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Varicent, CaptivateIQ, Spiff. **What you will be doing as our Senior Presales Consultant**:

- ** Customer engagement**:

- engage with potential customers to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives. Actively listen and ask probing questions to gather relevant information and gain a deep understanding of the customer's needs.
- ** Solution design**:

- Based on the customer's requirements, collaborate with the sales team, product experts to design customized solutions. Leverage technical expertise to propose solutions that align with the customer's needs and demonstrate how the solution can solve their challenges effectively.
- ** Demo assets**:

- build re-usable demo assets and proof of concepts to showcase the features and capabilities of a solution during customer presentations or demonstrations. This includes designing and developing demos, tailoring the demo to the customer needs, and creating demo scripts and storyboards.
- ** Presentations and demonstrations** - create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of the proposed solution. Tailor presentations to address specific customer pain points and emphasize how the solution can address those pain points.
- ** Technical Expertise**:

- technical expertise to answer customer questions, address technical concerns, and provide accurate information about the solution's capabilities and integration possibilities.
- ** Proposal Development**:

- contribute to the development of sales proposals by providing technical input, creating solution diagrams or architecture designs, and ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the customer's requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the proposal effectively communicates the value of the solution and differentiates it from competitors.

**What you will bring to the team and Delbridge Solutions**:

- Project implementation expertise. You have 5+ years implementing any of the CPM or SPM software below: Vena, Prophix, Workday/Adaptive, Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Varicent, CaptivateIQ, Spiff. Preferably in a consulting role for some of that time.
- You have 3+ years’ experience in a technical Pre-Sales role selling enterprise level software.
- The technical skills. You have proven hands-on ability to create custom demos and proof of concepts.
- The personality. You are ambitious, innovative and collaborative. You are consultative by nature.
- People management skills. You are passionate about mentoring and growing people and teams.
- The relationship building focus. You have exceptional written and oral communication skills. You are willing and able to travel across Canada and the US to work with our clients.
- Work Status. You are legally entitled to work in Canada.
