Kibo Sushi House - Newmarket which is located in Upper Canada Mall, looking for Sushi Chef/ Maki chef who could be fit on the roles of:

- Prepare raw fish in the right way
- Cut ingredients into perfect strips
- Make sushi rice with perfect form and consistency
- Manage storage of fruits, vegetables and meats like crab, eel, salmon and tuna
- Material inventory tracking
- Additional processing of raw materials
- Ensure compliance with the highest quality food preparation and hygiene standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 44 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$25.00 per hour
