Landscape Foreman/woman

LOMCO is a growing, well-established landscape company working on some of the most prestigious residential and commercial projects in the region.

**Job Details**:LOMCO Limited is currently seeking Landscape Foreman for the upcoming season.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Minimum 5 years Landscape Construction Experience
- Multitasker in a fast-paced environment
- Supervise and manage a landscape crew
- Must have exceptional communication skills to communicate with the clients, co-workers and public
- G Driver’s License
- Must be able to work Monday - Saturday as required
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Assist/lead in various construction phases of landscaping projects alongside the team
- Load and unload materials, tools and equipment required to complete landscape construction projects
- Operate and use various landscape equipment (skidsteers & mini excavators)
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and other necessary equipment to complete job tasks (stone saws & tampers)
- Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain job sites
- Ability to read and interpret landscape construction drawings
- Able to layout and set grades

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
